Are there any additional fees?
A transaction fee of £2.50 is applied for Standard Delivery, the transaction fee covers the costs of processing your order, packing and delivering the tickets to you. This fee can also apply to tickets arranged for collection.
The transaction fee applies per order not per ticket. If you purchase six tickets, you only pay one transaction fee.
There is no transaction fee for E-Tickets.
When will I receive my tickets?
Print at home orders will be sent at the time of booking. For tickets delivered by post, if you have provided an email address you will receive an email confirming dispatch of your order. We cannot specify the exact dates on which you will receive your tickets, however if you have not received your tickets at least 72 hours before the event, please contact See Tickets.
What is the age range for a concession?
Concessionary prices are available in all price categories for spectators aged 16 years and under, or 60 years and over on the date of the session they are attending.
At what age does a child need a ticket?
Children aged 2 years and under do not require a ticket, presuming they do not require their own seat.
How many tickets can I buy?
Online booking are limited to 10 tickets per transaction. If you would like to book for a group larger than 10 please contact the See Tickets group bookings team on 0844 412 4650 or via groups@seetickets.com.
Can I choose my seat?
You can chose which block you wish to sit in depending on availability. The best available tickets in your block will be loaded into your basket.
Can I buy tickets as a gift?
You may buy tickets as a gift or pass on already purchased tickets to a friend or relative.
If the tickets are to be collected from the onsite box office, a signed letter of authorisation from ticket purchaser will be required.
Are accessible tickets available?
Wheelchair/ ambulant seating is available in all price categories and includes a free companion ticket.
Wheelchair/ ambulant seating is available in Premium blocks B & C and Standard blocks E & H and can be purchased both online and over the phone.
What can I do if I've forgotten my tickets?
See Tickets are able to re-print tickets at the onsite box office. In order to have tickets re-printed you will need to provide ID and a letter of authorisation from the purchaser if they are not present.
Am I able to get a refund if I can no longer attend?
Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased, other than for the reasons set out in the See Tickets terms and conditions. This is subject to any rights you may have pursuant to Ticket Plan Protection purchased when you bought the tickets.
Tickets can be resold at the price you paid or less via the See Tickets Fan-to-Fan Marketplace up to 72 hours prior to the event.
